HOW TO BUY ONLINE

4. Pay as directed/ Choose your preferred payment gateway.
5. All items are delivered using Poslaju Malaysia/ AirPak/ Skynet or GDex.
6. You will immediately receive an email about your order.
7. Your order's shipment details including tracking code will be sent to you via email (as filled up during sign-up).

8. Always, if you are not able to pick up the parcel by hand. Check into your mailbox to see if the courier company leaves you a note to pick up from your nearest courier branch.

  • For Malaysian address: Expect 1-3 working days for your items to reach your doorstep.
  • For International address: Expect 7-14 working days for your items to reach your doorstep (Usually faster in nearer country to Malaysia)

    HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ACCESSORIES

    1. For metal accessories(some are stated about its materials), always avoid from water, sweat and chemical substances such as perfume and chlorine. This is to allow maximum lifespan and to enhance beauty of the item.
    2. All accessories come with an air-tight bag (a transparent bag with a product card inside). With the bag, you are allowed to have your accessories polished (dry clean only) in any of our physical outlets (check store locations).
    3. Please note that during polishing session, our staff will only try her best to polish your accessories whist faded, damaged, scratched or rusted surface of the metal can not be saved.
    4. Always keep your accessories in the air-tight bag to avoid it from oxidisation. This will enhance the product's age directly.
    5. If you do not mind about the glossy surface, you may use nail polish in Clear tone, to lay a thin layer on the accessories, for a more lasting quality.
    6. Always polish with dry cloth, or Silver polishing cloth. Some brass materials can be polished with Brasso (can be found in most hardware shop).
    7. Fore premium accessories, you may expect excellent quality while oxidised surface (dark colour of coating) can be easily polished using silver polishing cloth. Premium brass charms are water-resistant and colour will remain yellow like earlier.
    8. For leather accessories, you have to avoid from water all the time to maintain its durability.
