  1. Purchased items can only be exchanged for other items listed in our online store.
  2. Items can not be returned to our offline outlets; only applicable via postage.
  3. We will only accept returns of items in conditions of defect, spoiled, or inaccurate in sizes or designs.
  4. Merchandizes must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  5. Returned item must be unworn or 100% new. We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.
  6. Items must be returned within 7 days (local orders) or 30 days (international orders) of receiving date.
  7. Customers are to bear the shipping cost incurred by the courier company. Items should be posted via express courier service such as Poslaju, GDEX, Skynet or Ta-Q-Bin to avoid delays.
  8. We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange.
  9. Exchanges can only be performed once.
