Online Shopping Guide
- PayPal or iPay88 for credit card transactions (Visa, MasterCard & Amex).
- iPay88 for all local online banking (e.g. M2U, CIMB Clicks).
- Bank Deposit for cash bank-in via cash deposit machine or bank counter. Our account number will be displayed once you have completed placing your order.
Kindly provide your payment proof (print-screen for online payments/snap a picture of your bank-in slip if using Cash Deposit Machine) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title of 'Payment Proof for Order ___ '. We will email you the payment confirmation within 1-2 working days.
For any additional amount of money being banked in, we will place the cash together with your parcel (we advise no more than RM10 of extra money paid).
- We provide free local shipping across East + West Malaysia for orders above RM60.
- For orders under RM60, shipping charges are set at RM7 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia.
- All orders are shipped with Poslaju, Skynet, etc. A tracking number will be provided to you once the order is processed, which you can check here.
- For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, please note that re-deliveries will be set to RM7 for West Malaysia and RM10 for East Malaysia.
- All orders will be processed + shipped within 4-5 working days.
- For East Malaysia, it will take an additional 2 working days.
- It will take us one working day to process and prepare your order, after which delivery will take approximately an additional 3-5 working days.
- Once you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking code that you can use to track your delivery progress.
- Vintage 1988 cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to local duties and taxes, or any items that are lost in transit.
- Vintage 1988 cannot be held liable for any orders held at customs, or the subsequent costs to release the items. Payments and rates will vary depending on your country's policies.
- For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, please note that re-deliveries will be set according to standard shipping charges.

Merchandizes must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returned item must be unworn or 100% new. We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange.
Exchanges can only be performed once.
